Hey, fan of Knight Rider—today is your lucky day!  For some reason, NBC has ordered four more episodes of the creatively bankrupt and poorly-rated show.  While it’s always good to see networks be patient with shows that are slow to find their audience instead of yanking them off the air as soon as possible, Knight Rider was just writer’s strike filler that somehow became a series because the people at NBC apparently didn’t realize that the strike is over.  Perhaps they’re doing this in the case of a SAG strike, in which case the show will do away with the striking actors and focus solely on KITT.  Which might actually be an improvement.
